This was shot for Google Home's read along function, which plays music and sounds as you read passages of certain books. This was the book of the film "Coco" so we used the movies color palette and lighting schemes to evoke the mood. I liked the subtle touch of adding the shadow of the decorations - Muertos Papel Picardo - in the profile shot. DP Sean Porter worked some magic with the lighting.
